Location: London EC1N

Contract Assignment: 3 months with possibility of extension

Hybrid Working: 2 to 3 days in the office, 2 to 3 days work from home

Salary: 21.77 per hour PAYE OR 28 per hour Umbrella

About the Role: One of the biggest housing associations in the UK is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Rent Analyst to ensure compliance with all aspects of relevant legislation related to rent setting. This role involves taking a leading position in policy and procedure changes, coordinating rent-setting cycles, and conducting assurance checks to maintain adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with legislation related to rent setting, leading changes in policies and procedures.
  • Conduct assurance checks to ensure adherence to rent-setting policies and standards.
  • Coordinate rent-setting cycles efficiently and effectively.
  • Understand and comply with safeguarding, safety, and compliance policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Actively promote corporate values of Care, Dare, Collaborate, and role model appropriate behaviours.
  • Contribute to effective cross-team working and provide cover for colleagues as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality with personal information and data, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Policy.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Housing Regulations: Well-versed in the nuances of housing regulations.
  • Strong background in dealing with service charge.
  • Understanding of housing policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Strong capabilities in managing customer interactions, ensuring effective communication and resolution of inquiries.
  • Ability to develop and interpret complex reports and data.
  • High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
