Purchase Ledger | Temporary 3 months | Immediate start Reed Accountancy & Finance are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide support to the finance team for an initial period of 3 months. To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below. This is a temporary opportunity, full time office based. The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm finish on Friday. The post holder will work as part of a small team and will support specifically with purchase ledger and all associated administration. Duties will include: Processing purchase invoices accurately Matching and coding invoices Supplier statement reconciliation Query resolution Assisting in the preparation of month-end close The software used is MS Navision.
