Reed Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-known and very successful business based in the Newtownabbey area. Our client has a new vacancy for a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small and busy finance team. Working closely with the Financial Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:

  • Purchase Ledger invoice processing
  • Dealing with accounts payable queries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General accounting and administrative duties

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working within a Purchase Ledger role
  • IT proficient
  • The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment

Hours of Work

  • 20-25 hours per week
  • Working pattern can be negotiated and discussed for the right applicant
