We are working with a high-quality, niche manufacturing company specialising in MDF and timber products. The business is dedicated to maintaining tight lead times and delivering perfection in every project and are now looking for a paint sprayer with experience of working with wood to join them in their period of growth.
This role involves prepping and spraying wood and MDF kitchen components.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Work in a fast-paced manual environment, ensuring high-quality output.
- Conduct accurate quality checks on parts before and after painting.
- Prepare parts for spraying, including thorough cleaning and sanding.
- Apply PU paint to kitchen components, ensuring even coverage and finish.
- Mix paints according to specifications to achieve desired colours and consistencies.
- Perform quality control checks during and after the spraying process to ensure the finish meets the required standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly spray booth area, including changing filters and general upkeep.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the workplace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Proven experience in wood finishing and operating in a spray shop environment.
- Familiarity with PU paint and its application.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
