Office Manager My client is a leading architect organisation, who work in collaboration with designers, contractors, developers and planners, to ensure a successful delivery of the projects they are providing. Based in Belfast, they are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract initially for 14 months. Working hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5.30pm & Fri 9.30-4.15pm Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (dependent on experience) Job Role: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice outside of project work, alongside the Accounts Assistant and Administrative Assistant, reporting directly to the Practice Management Team (Directors and Associates). Essential Criteria: Previous Office Manager experience within a similar role Strong administration experience IT proficient with the use of using IT packages Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines and working under pressure Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Excellent attention to detail Main Duties and Responsibilities: Admin support to Projects and internal task teams Management of non-project related Health & Safety matters Keeping Practice Management tools up to date Management of staff start/end protocol, staff leave, sickness absence, hybrid working records Facilitate employment of new staff Completion of statutory and industry standard surveys Management and implementation of GDPR requirements Management of office related risk assessments Organising Professional Indemnity Insurance, PL, EL and premises insurance Management and Implementation of Policies, including audit management Other administrative tasks that arise from time to time for the general smooth running of the practice IT/SharePoint support, and O365 administration Filing and Archiving Marketing support Reception, meeting rooms, tea/coffee, phone calls etc. when required Self-Development (CPD) Skills: Office Manager Belfast City Centre Contract
