A reputable and leading organisation based in Newry, are currently seeking a Front of House Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position. Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am-8pm (37.5 hours per week for full time, shift pattern) may include the occasional weekend shift. With an hourly rate of £12.75.
Job role: As Front of House Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients across the company locations. Acting as the face of the organisation and responsible for the efficient management of all front of house services.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience of working and assisting with members of the public at the front desk
- 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or Equivalent
- Demonstrable experience of the use of full MS Suite including Word and Excel
- Understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the importance of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail with an eye for accuracy when dealing with confidential documentation
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet members of the public and visitors to the facilities in a professional and courteous manner.
- Deal with all general enquiries and ensure follow up, as required.
- Record demographics and examinations in the Company's electronic record system.
- Process finances from patients to consultants via the recording systems.
- Undertake general clerical tasks.
- Undertake filing of notes, letters, test results and other correspondence, as appropriate.
- Open and distribute post.
- Assist in the opening / closing and securing of the building, as appropriate.
- Ensure the efficient running of the business by undertaking any other duties.
- Efficient, effective, and focused response to all enquiries via telephone and email.
- Following up on enquiries by phone and email.
- Proactively follow the Pathway to ensure Consultations, Investigations, Procedures and Reviews are all booked accordingly.
- Process and book all referrals within appropriate time frame.
