Marketing Manager My client is a well-established restaurant chain, covering all areas in Belfast. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a Full-Time Permanent position. Working hours: flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. With a salary of £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Job Role: You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive footfall, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. You will combine strategic thinking with creative execution, helping to elevate the company's venues' presence across both traditional and digital platforms. Essential Criteria: 3+ years in marketing management, preferably within hospitality or FMCG. Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM Professional Diploma) or relevant business/marketing degree. Strong digital marketing experience, with advanced knowledge of social media, websites, and online advertising. Event management expertise and experience working with PR and media. Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver results. Experience working with creative design teams to create POS materials. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost brand presence and customer loyalty across venues. Ensure consistent brand messaging and elevate each venue's identity across all marketing channels. Oversee website management, email marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising to engage and retain customers. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content that connects with target audiences and enhances brand visibility. Plan and execute events and promotions to increase footfall and customer engagement. Monitor emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform and optimise marketing plans. Forge partnerships with influencers and local businesses to expand brand reach. Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring that initiatives are executed within budget while maximising ROI.
