We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Handyman / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role involving property maintenance across residential and commercial premises in London and High Wycombe. You will be working as part of a professional property management and maintenance team delivering high standards of work across multiple sites. The majority of work will be in SE17 and surrounding but you will also be required to go to the High Wycombe site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Painting and decorating
- General property maintenance
- Basic gardening duties
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Carpentry works
- Roofing repairs and inspections
- Clearing up and leaving all job sites clean and tidy
- Assisting with removals when required
- Using company tools and equipment responsibly
- Reporting issues and following instructions from management
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar handyman / maintenance role
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Good time management and reliability
- Basic health & safety knowledge
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
