Litigation Paralegal My client is a leading and reputable law firm, who provide legal expertise to help clients. Based in Belfast, they are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their well-established team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. With a salary of £25,500 – £28,500 per annum (dependent on experience). Job Role: You will be responsible for running your own caseload of files and working with team management to continually improve and enhance the services provided. Essential Criteria: Litigation paralegal experience. Proven experience and ability to run your own case load to a high standard and with minimal supervision. Proven ability to deal with complex cases. IT proficient. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Taking responsibility for running own caseload supported by case management system. Dealing with a more complex/larger caseload. Prepare affidavit evidence and prepare cases for hearing. Take enforcement action. Suggesting to Team Managers improvements to the system and identifying problems. In the absence of the Team Managers, taking responsibility with the other senior paralegals for ensuring that the workflows are printed and actioned together with daily post.
