What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing new business through our network of local customers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Prospecting new customers from initial lead to close - selling the right range to the right customer.
  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
  • Supporting the execution of promotional plans to maximise ROI.
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls - from enquiries to order-taking.
  • Managing orders, invoicing, and liaising with customers to ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
  • Coordinating shipments and supporting with general sales admin tasks.
  • Ensuring CRM systems are accurate and always up to date.
  • Fully managing relationships with both national and regional accounts.
  • Attending trade shows and industry events to represent the business.
  • Providing holiday or absence cover when required.
