The predicted salary is between 42000 - 84000 £ per year.

Due to retirement, Reed is partnered with an established practice in south Belfast, in the appointment of an experienced Insolvency Manager to manage a varied portfolio of corporate and personal clients.

Working closely with the Insolvency Practitioner, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients focusing predominantly on corporate insolvency but also including personal insolvency clients. You will provide pre and post-insolvency guidance, to support distressed businesses and individuals through a formal insolvency process. You will manage multiple cases effectively, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery & overseeing case progression from initial appointment through to closure.

About you:

  • 5+ Years' experience in corporate & personal insolvency to include CVLs/MVLs/IVAs
  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, creditors, and stakeholders
  • Experience in preparing reports, statutory documents, and correspondence with creditors and stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of IPS software, CPI, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
