If you are a skilled HR professional with strong knowledge and experience of Northern Ireland legislation and forming compliant company policy then this could be the role for you. It will be a standalone role for a site in Belfast but will be working closely with HR colleagues based in ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a workplace environment that reflects the company's values, promotes diversity and inclusion, and encourages employee engagement and morale.
  • Design and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Identify training needs and develop programs that enhance skills, support succession planning, and career advancement.
  • Design and implement a performance management system that fosters regular feedback and recognises high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in ROI and Northern Ireland.
  • Utilize HR metrics to monitor and report on key workforce trends and overall HR effectiveness.
  • Establish open lines of communication between management and employees, mediate conflicts, and resolve grievances.

Qualifications:

  • R Degree or equivalent or qualified by experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a multi-site environment.
