I\’m currently hiring for an Employee Relations Advisor for a growing business in North Nottingham. You will provide essential support across various employee relations issues and play a key role in fostering a positive work environment. Day-to-day of the role: Support and coach managers in fulfilling their people management responsibilities. Provide guidance on company policies, employment legislation, and handle ER cases including disciplinary actions and grievances. Manage employee relations caseloads and assist in organizational changes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in HR/ER roles, handling complex ER cases. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, including GDPR. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload.
