The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of the brand, engaging with local communities and inspiring customers to make sustainable choices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Door-to-door sales in designated areas (routes change weekly for variety)
- Building rapport and adapting your approach to suit different customers
- Handling objections and steering conversations toward positive outcomes
- Meeting and exceeding weekly sales targets
- Promoting the company's story and values, highlighting its eco-friendly mission
- Maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions
About You
We're looking for confident, driven individuals who thrive on achieving results. You'll need:
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A persuasive, proactive approach with resilience to handle rejection
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or direct marketing (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to engage with people at all levels
- DBS check required
