Customer Service Administrator My client is a leading Manufacturer based in Belfast, who are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to provide full support to the Customer Service Team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position. Working hours: Mon to Thurs 9am-5.30pm and Fri 9am-3pm Salary – £24,000 to £26,000 dependant on experience. Job Purpose: You will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Team with their daily activity by administrating and managing internal issues and customer support, as well as providing administrative support to the production planning process and the Commercial Team. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a customer focused environment. Have 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics Good computer literacy across a range of packages. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Administration of key company accounts for customers. Organising the dispatch of finished goods to the end customer which will involve communication with internal and external sources. Provide internal support for Commercial Team. Co-ordinate the reduction of finished goods holding. Maintain and update customer records. Deal efficiently with customer complaints. Interface with Production, Scheduling and Quality teams to monitor customer orders. Collating and generating internal production requirements. Supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams by carrying out any administrative duties. Collate weekly reports using excel to support business requirements. To adhere to the Health and Safety policy. Assist in the administration of the Deliveries Tracker. Assist in the administration of customer satisfaction measurement.
