This is an excellent opportunity to work in a business that promote a work-life balance, foster a sense of collaboration within their team, and offer a range of benefits such as an early finish on a Friday The successful Accounting Technician will be instrumental in supporting their accounting operations to include: Key Responsibilities: Preparation of year-end accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders/Partnerships.
Involvement in ad-hoc work projects including client transactions, M&A, raising finance etc.
Assist senior accountants with workflow on daily basis Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
What you’ll need to succeed: Ability to prepare accounts, financial statements and VAT returns individually and as part of a team.
Work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines Communicate financial information clearly and effectively Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience with cloud-based accountancy software’s.
Good IT knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word.
