Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.

  • Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their achievements.

  • Build strong relationships with parents/guardians through open communication, parent-teacher conferences, and regular updates on student progress.

  • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

  • Experience or specialisation in early years education or Year 4 instruction is highly desirable.
