Store ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in retail management, exceptional leadership skills. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store’s operations, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets set targets.
Day to Day of the Role:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with all retail practices including retail laws, security, health and safety, and GDPR.

Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve store and company objectives.

Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing store staff.

Plan, organise, and delegate work among the store’s team.

Manage stock control and implement store operation processes to minimise risk and cost.

Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.

Drive sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement.

Educated to GCSE level with basic IT skills.

At least 2 years’ experience as a store supervisor/deputy manager in a similar retail environment.
