We are looking for an SEN Teacher to join a fantastic and inspiring team in Norfolk. As a SEN Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises students’ achievement and ability to develop., This is a great opportunity for a SEN Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

When it comes to looking after our pupils, we never settle for second best. We are looking for a SEN Teacher, who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN environment would be desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

Educated to Qualified Teacher Status you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30 (Term time only)

Qualifications required

  • PGCE or equivalent. QTS/ QTLS preferred.

  • Primary and/or EYFS experience preferred
