They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Spares Coordinator to join their after-sales team.
Day-to-day of the role:

Maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Handle customer enquiries via phone or email regarding spare parts.

Manage the end-to-end sales process for spares, including liaising with customers and suppliers.

Request quotes from suppliers and process purchases, ensuring the best price and quality.

Produce and follow up on quotations to convert enquiries into sales orders.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working environment and engage in continuous improvement activities.

Communicate effectively with operations across all departments.

Promote spares sales actively for all contracts and issue priced recommended critical spares lists for all new and recent contracts.

Perform data entry on our MRP system for subcontracted work.

Proactively seek new business opportunities.

Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing/engineering sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, email, and familiarity with MRP systems.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
