I am working with a distribution company based in Whitstable who are recruiting a sales administrator to join their sales support team on a 12 month FTC.
The purpose of the sales administrator is to maximise sales conversion through efficient processing of enquires and orders. To provide sales support within business to ensure seamless service is delivered to client base in a timely manner.
Day to day duties of sales administrator include:

Preparing and following up quotations & processing orders

Maintaining customer database, ensuring that all activities from the team are recorded

Providing customer liaison in the event of delays or issues with products and services

Providing management with information relating to the sales pipeline and quotation performance Supporting in general sales administration activities as required

Engaging with clients on any issues/queries that may arise

Previous work experience in a customer service role is essential
