Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for both interim and permanent positions.

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and develop lasting relationships.

• Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing strategies.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable vacancies.

• Provide professional and credible communication to both candidates and clients.

• Work closely with team members to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the office.

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sales focus with the ability to be tenacious and maintain a high work ethic.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and build strong relationships.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
