My client is looking for a Recruiter to join their small but busy team and play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of their organisation on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. In this dynamic, hands-on position, you will manage the entire recruitment journey, from identifying and engaging with potential hires to facilitating seamless handovers to our onboarding team. This role is crucial in championing efficient, fair, and legally compliant recruitment processes, leveraging various media channels to source high-quality candidates that align with our growth ambitions.
Day-to-day of the role:

Forge Strong Partnerships: Build and sustain impactful relationships with stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and job board providers to maximize our talent reach.

Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert advice to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment stages, enhancing their experience and optimizing outcomes.

Own the Recruitment Inbox: Manage the recruitment inbox, ensuring every candidate feels valued, with prompt acknowledgements and professional communication.

Identify Top Talent: Screen CVs and cover letters meticulously, conduct initial interviews, and create a strong candidate longlist, ensuring only the best candidates move forward.

Empower Hiring Managers: Offer tailored recruitment support from role design to sourcing candidates, providing end-to-end guidance.

Educated to at least GCSE Level or equivalent.

Prior experience in a Recruitment Managed Service environment or an in-house recruitment team.
