Day to Day of the Role:

  • Delivering tailored educational programs to students from KS2 to KS4.

  • Collaborating with senior leaders, subject teachers, school doctor, and therapists to support each child’s growth and development.

  • Adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students with BESD in a therapeutic setting.

  • Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school community.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • Experience or a strong desire to support children with BESD in a therapeutic setting.
