We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Personal Assistant & Office Administrator to provide exceptional support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the senior Finance Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department through high-quality, confidential administrative support and effective relationship building across professional services.
Day-to-day of the role:

Act as the first point of contact for the CFO, managing communications and prioritising requests.

Organise and manage the CFO’s schedule, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation.

Provide executive support by managing email inboxes, preparing meeting agendas, and following up on actions.

Coordinate and execute departmental events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.

Draft correspondence and perform background research to support the CFO and senior team members.

Maintain a confidential and efficient filing system and enhance administrative processes.

Act as the HR liaison for the Finance department, supporting recruitment and HR processes.

Lead on Health and Safety compliance and support the production of the Finance newsletter.

Ensure the finance intranet pages are regularly updated and manage content for staff communications.

NVQ 3/A-levels or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

Excellent numerical skills with the ability to create and interpret financial reports and data.

Proven experience as a PA or in a similar role, providing high-quality executive support.
