Join my clients well-established firm as a Private Client Paralegal, where you will be part of a friendly and supportive team. This role involves assisting solicitors with a broad range of private client matters, including executries, wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
Day to day of the role:

Assist solicitors with private client matters such as executries, wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.

Conduct legal research and liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Manage client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Provide clients with regular updates and maintain excellent client relationships.

Perform dictation and support the team with administrative tasks as required.

Demonstrable experience in private client work, particularly executries.
