Motor Winder – Warwickshire – Permanent Role

I\’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering client based in Warwickshire, who is looking to add an experienced Motor Winder to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in electric motor rewinds and repairs to join a stable, supportive, and technically focused environment.

The Role:

As a Motor Winder, you\’ll be responsible for the repair and rewinding of a variety of AC and DC motors, including stators, armatures, and coils. You\’ll work in a well-equipped workshop alongside a team of skilled engineers, delivering high-quality work to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rewinding and repairing electric motors and rotating equipment
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Using hand tools and specialist winding equipment
  • Testing and inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Keeping accurate records of work carried out
