We are seeking a Locum Planning Solicitor to join a team during a busy period to manage an increased workload. This role is ideal for someone who is adept at negotiating, drafting, and completing complex legal documents and providing expert advice to the Planning Team.
Day-to-day of the role:

Negotiate, draft, and complete Section 106 Agreements, including those with non-routine obligations.

Provide ad hoc legal advice to the Planning Team.

Depending on experience, you may also advise on or provide advocacy for contentious planning enforcement matters.

Attend committee meetings on the first Wednesday of each month as required.

Experience in negotiating, drafting, and completing s106 Agreements.

Experience in advising on or providing advocacy for contentious planning enforcement matters. (Desirable)

Practising Certificate without endorsements.

Membership of the Law Society.

Minimum of 3 years focusing on planning matters.
