We are seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves responding to customer enquiries, promoting our brand at UK exhibitions, and proactively contacting existing customers to offer new products and services. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting targets.
Day-to-day of the role:

Respond promptly to all incoming customer enquiries via email or phone within an agreed timescale.

Proactively contact existing customers to introduce new products and services.

Represent and promote the brand at various exhibitions throughout the UK.

Build rapport with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.

Arrange and conduct product adaptation demonstrations.

Follow up on demonstrations by creating personalised quotations and orders using Sage 200.

Update the CRM system with all customer details and contact information.

Assist team members to ensure that all team targets are met.

Experience in customer service, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
