Join our team as an HSE Administrator! You'll support the HSE Manager and Officers in managing health, safety, and environmental data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and presenting statistical information on HSE matters.
- Tracking and recording fleet incidents and accidents.
- Administering the Synergi system and producing monthly action status reports.
- Assisting with data input, action tracking, and training for Synergi.
- Acting as the main contact for Synergi issues and upgrades.
- Maintaining internal audit schedules and compiling monthly business papers.
- Providing cover for the Management Systems Assistant when needed.
- Assisting with HSE statistics for tenders, bids, and client requests.
- Arranging travel for department personnel.
Qualifications:
- Synergi CAT 1 and 2 (desirable)
- NEBOSH Certificate (desirable)
- Competency in Adobe and Microsoft Office
- Suitable secretarial/administration experience
Commitment to Safety:
- Demonstrate leadership in safety policies.
- Work in accordance with company quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, and energy policies.
- Prevent environmental damage.
Training:
- Communicate personal training needs.
- Assist in training workshops and comply with onshore training matrix.
Communication:
- Regularly discuss concerns with HSE Department members.
- Share information with other departments and offshore units.
