We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Headteacher to lead our vibrant Special Needs school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high educational standards and creating a nurturing environment for both students and staff.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the school effectively, fostering an environment of academic excellence and holistic development.

Oversee school financial management and budget planning.

Implement strategies to raise standards of literacy and numeracy.

Manage and deploy staff effectively, ensuring professional development aligns with individual and school goals.

Analyse data to target support areas and track progress.

Work collaboratively with other schools and professionals for robust moderation and sharing of best practices.

Inspire a love of learning in students, particularly those who struggle with formal education.

Qualified Teacher Status and a degree or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of school leadership experience.

Robust knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and the OFSTED Framework.
