GCSE English Lecturer

We are seeking a GCSE English Lecturer to join a fantastic college in Kingston upon Thames. This role involves teaching English Language and Literature at the GCSE level. The position currently offers 6 hours per week with the potential to transition to full-time.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures in English Language and Literature to GCSE students.

• Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.

• Assess and evaluate students’ progress in English Language and Literature.

• Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.

• Maintain academic records and prepare students for GCSE examinations.

• Proven experience teaching English Language and Literature at GCSE level.

• Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum and examination standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
