We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our clients Projects Division. This role involves coordinating and managing the transportation of oversized and heavy cargoes (multimodal – Air &Sea), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery., * Oversee and manage freight forwarding projects from inception to completion, ensuring all logistics requirements are met.

Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, and other logistics service providers to negotiate rates and secure transportation services.

Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, air waybills and compliance paperwork.

Ensure all shipments comply with international and local regulations

Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budget adherence and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Generate regular reports on project status, shipment progress, and any issues encountered.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in freight forwarding operations – Essential, + OOG knowledge advantageous. Good Multimodal Ops essential

Proficient in logistics software and tools (Cargowise user advantageous though not essential)
