Finance Director

The successful Finance Director will report directly to the board and take full responsibility for finance, including group consolidation. You will be a qualified accountant with strong financial reporting experience and extensive post-qualification experience, ideally with listed businesses., * Lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls

• Group consolidation

• Manage currency, tax, VAT

• Planning and lead on audit.

• Provide strategic financial reporting and analysis.

• Offer expert advice on financial risks and maintain key banking and financial relationships.

• Suggest areas of improvement related to finance processes and systems.

• Lead an ERP implementation.

• Recognised accountancy qualification: ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

• Financial reporting.

• Excellent knowledge of financial accounting standards, corporate governance, and risk management.

• Demonstrable experience in a leadership role at Board level.

• Strategic and operational expertise.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
