Mobile Lifting Equipment Inspector - Midlands Area

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic examinations of lifting equipment and accessories in line with statutory regulations across the region.
  • Uphold safety standards and comply with all relevant legislation.
  • Assist in maintaining a large inventory of hire equipment.
  • Support stock control, data entry, and other operational processes.
  • Collaborate with hire controllers and branch managers to ensure accurate inventory management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Lifting equipment inspection and maintenance
  • Rigging and production services
  • Electrical or mechanical backgrounds

Essential Skills

  • LEEA Lifting Accessories Diploma and Manual Lifting Machines Diploma
  • Electrical or hire inspection experience
  • Full UK driving licence

  • LEEA Powered Lifting Machines Diploma
  • IPAF (1a, 1b, 3a, 3b, PAV)
  • PASMA
  • PPE Inspection Certificate

Additional Information

  • Field-based role covering the Midlands, ideally located within 1-2 hours of B6 4NF
