Provide data analysis for all customers with a key focus on large customer accounts.

Conduct analysis of end of month sales, YTD sales, MoM sales, product group sales, attrition, growth, new business and growth in new business

Carry out regular margin check, deal with low margin reports, rebate data, rebate impact on new product

Create spreadsheets of new product data and new product set up.

Analysis and investigation of price increase data and to carry out regular price increase uploading and checking

Help with setting up new customer accounts, new customer pricing and customer testing
As a Data Analyst, you will be required to provider expert data analysis by handling systems and products as well as large volumes of data which is critical for the business whilst also having customer interaction whether this is in person or virtual. A background in sales is not essential but good customer service is essential as well as a keen eye on using data to drive further growth through sales rebates, cost pricing and turnover., * Experience of working as a Data Analyst. Experience or background in sales will be beneficial
