Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.

  2. Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.

  3. Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs

Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.

  • Minimum 1 yr of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)

  • Proficieny in English Language (Mandatory)
