The role involves supervising the accounts team responsible for processing supplier payments for various services, including materials, repairs, and maintenance. The post holder must ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively, measuring their performance. This position is based in the head office and reports directly to the financial controller. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties, supporting related tasks, and working independently with minimal supervision., * Ensure the accounts team is adequately resourced, managing the day-to-day processing of supplier invoices from receipt to input, purchase order matching, and payment.

Serve as the point of contact for administrative inquiries and delegate tasks as needed.

Oversee the timely issuance of sales invoicing, credits, and reconciliation of statements against vendor accounts.

Maintain a systematic filing system for client databases, business partners, and any evidence-based documentation.

Motivate team members and monitor their performance, identifying training needs and providing support where necessary.
