Reed Accountancy & Finance, the UK’s leading specialist recruitment partner, is recruiting for an Accounts Administrator position for our client based in Dover. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and ready to handle responsibilities in a dynamic office environment. The Accounts Administrator will support various accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:

Perform daily accounts and record keeping functions.

Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Manage invoice submissions and expense reports.

Reconcile accounts and prepare reconciliation reports.

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Support the finance department during monthly closings.

Provide administrative support to the finance team.

Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.

Strong understanding of basic accounts and accounting payable/receivable principles.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate would need to show experience obtained from a similar role, be in commutable distance to our client in Dover, and be available to start work immediately.
