Reed Accountancy & Finance is actively seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our client in Maidstone on a temporary basis. This role is initially for 2 months to cover long-term sickness but has the potential to evolve into a permanent position within the organisation.
Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:

Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices.

Matching, coding, and batching purchase ledger invoices.

Scanning invoices into the system accurately.

Distributing remittance advices to relevant parties.

Maintaining an up-to-date accounts email inbox.

Scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts paperwork diligently.

A passion for numbers and accounts is essential.

Studying towards an AAT qualification would be advantageous, though not required.

No prior working experience as an Accounts Administrator is necessary.

Ability to fully commit to an office-based role.
