We are seeking an A Level History Lecturer who is passionate about delivering high-quality education to students. This role requires a candidate who holds an enhanced DBS (with child barred) and EWC registration as an FE Teacher.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver engaging and informative history lessons to A Level students.

  • Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.

  • Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.

  • Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of students’ attendance, grades, and progress.

  • Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and educational conferences.

  • Collaborate with other faculty members to improve instructional methods and share best practices.

  • Must hold an enhanced DBS (with child barred).

  • Must have EWC registration as an FE Teacher.

  • Proven experience as a History Lecturer or a similar teaching role.
