What You\’ll Be Doing
- Champion food safety excellence and continuous improvement across our operations.
- Play a key role in HACCP compliance, GMP audits, allergen management, and traceability.
- Coordinate product testing and sampling with external labs.
- Lead internal audits and support sustainability data reporting.
- Deliver engaging food safety training and manage content.
- Support supplier approvals and conduct site visits.
- Assist with New Product Development (NPD) and manage product specifications.
- Investigate complaints and non-conformances with a proactive mindset.
What We\’re Looking For
- A qualification in Science or Food Science.
- Experience in warehousing or food production.
- Solid understanding of food legislation and quality systems.
- Familiarity with HACCP, BRCGS standards, and specification systems.
- Detail-oriented, great communicator, and a natural problem-solver.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
