Senior Quantity Surveyor Annual Salary: £55k – £65k Location: Liverpool Job Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are seeking an experience Quantity Surveyor to join our client, an independent multidisciplinary main contractor specialising in the delivery of new build construction projects and interior fit-outs predominantly within the retail sector. This role is based full time in our client\’s central Liverpool office and offers a dynamic work environment with diverse responsibilities. Day-to-day of the role: Estimating and pricing tenders to ensure competitive bids. Conducting Sub Contract Valuations and placing orders efficiently. Handling general QS duties including managing client changes, processing variations, and reviewing drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborating with project teams to ensure financial and construction targets are met. Monitoring project costs and contracts to maximise profitability and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Quantity Surveyor with a relevant degree or equivalent. Significant experience in retail fit-out and new build projects. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in relevant QS software and tools.
