Repairs Surveyor Hourly Rate: £38 per hour (Umbrella) Location: Enfield and North London Job Type: Hybrid (Onsite/Home/Office), Temp to Perm Start date: FlexibleWe are actively seeking a Repairs Surveyor start in the North London area (Enfield and North London). The role is initially on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent after 3 to 6 months. Day-to-day of the role: Conduct inspections across various properties to diagnose reported issues. Prioritise repair work and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion. Instruct and oversee contractors to ensure repair work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations. Ensure all repair activities adhere to health and safety guidelines. Update the in-house CRM system on a daily basis. Provide professional advice on property repairs and maintenance strategies. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repair schedules, and completed works.Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a general repairs or maintenance role Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and regulations.
