Job Title: Quantity surveyor/Project manager Location: NW4, London Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office We are looking for someone who is able to quantity surveyor whilst also project manage new build and existing residential works and mixed use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, specifically with mixed-use buildings and HMOs. This role requires full project life-cycle experience, from conception and design through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of projects and clients, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire project life-cycle, from initial conception and design to final completion. Manage and coordinate all aspects of property development projects, including conversions, refurbishments, and fit-outs. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and progress. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Prepare and present project reports and documentation.Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager / Surveyor in the property sector, with a focus on mixed-use buildings and HMOs. Strong knowledge of property development processes and regulations. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Local to NW4, London, and able to work in the office full-time.Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing a large portfolio of projects and clients. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB)
