Join our team as an Implementation & Environments Manager, where you will be instrumental in managing complex technical implementations for a prestigious logistics client with a rich history spanning 500 years. This role is crucial in supporting expansive commercial team activities and ensuring seamless technology integration and operational readiness.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan and execute technical implementation events.
- Manage operational readiness criteria and checkpoints.
- Serve as a liaison between technical implementation and broader business readiness activities, including UAT, training, and machine readiness sequencing.
- Support technology and business teams during the rollout period.
- Oversee early life support processes to ensure timely resolution of identified problems.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to maintain transparency throughout the implementation phase.
- Coordinate workflows and provide technical guidance to the project team, ensuring effective implementation structures.
- Lead cross-functional teams, supporting Test Managers through testing phases and defect resolution.
- Handle implementation/change requests and ensure compliance with all integration requirements for efficient system implementation.

- Demonstrable experience in leading project implementations to successful completion.
