The Role: We need a PR Manager who can hit the ground running. Someone with strong media relationships, a creative mind, and a strategic approach to storytelling. This role is hands-on, covering media relations, press trips, content development, brand partnerships, and reporting—all with a focus on driving real results.
What You’ll Do:
- Pitch & place: You already have key media contacts and know how to get stories featured in the right places.
- Shape the narrative: Develop fresh, engaging content that makes an impact across digital and traditional platforms.
- Bring brands to life: Plan and manage press trips, events, and experiences that people talk about.
- Think big: Identify smart brand partnerships that align with our clients and their audiences.
- Stay ahead: Spot industry trends and PR opportunities before anyone else.
- Track & report: Stay on top of Google Alerts, monitor coverage, and deliver results-focused reporting.
- Oversee a very busy press office: Reactive and proactive, always on—constantly looking for opportunities.
- Support the agency’s growth: Contribute ideas, help build its reputation, and be part of something exciting.
What You Need to Have:
- Essential: 4 years+ PR experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury—this is a must. Corporate PR experience is a bonus.
- A strong media network—ready to activate from day one.
- Sharp storytelling skills—you know what makes a compelling angle.
- Strategic thinking—a clear vision for how to build and execute impactful campaigns.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused—you see opportunities and act on them.
- Confident communication & project management skills—you can be trusted to own projects and deliver.
- A positive, collaborative mindset—great networking skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships, representing our incredible clients and, of course, the agency.
