Reed Learning is looking for a Level 7 CIPD Tutor to join their expanding team! Offering a fully remote role for an experienced tutor to come onboard and really make a difference! Overview Here at Reed Learning our vision is simple: to become the home of workplace learning. We offer a range of L&D services, with our four primary products being professional qualifications, apprenticeships, training managed services and in-house training. We are looking for an exceptional HR/L&D professional to join our apprenticeship delivery team and help train and develop our HR apprentices. Key Responsibilities Provide coaching and support to apprentices through experience and industry knowledge. Support and teach People Professional Level 5 and Senior People Professional Level 7. Deliver online sessions, workshops and webinars; support on-demand learners. Carry out 1:1 reviews, providing advice and guidance around HR standards. Build and maintain relationships with our employers.
