We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in L&D sales, a proven track record of winning new business, and the ability to work independently while representing the Reed Learning brand with professionalism and integrity. - Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across all Reed Learning products and services.
- Establish Reed Learning as a trusted partner and first-choice provider for clients, building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Represent the company at industry events, including conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities, to enhance brand presence and foster new relationships.
- Produce insightful reports that communicate business development outcomes and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, translating insights into strategies that drive business growth.

Proven experience in business development or sales within the Learning & Development or education sector. Demonstrable success in winning new business and exceeding sales targets. Strong networking skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships. Strong organisational skills, with a focus on time management, planning, and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional, credible, and confident in representing a respected brand. Ability to work effectively with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
