Who we are
Reed Wellbeing is a public services provider that aims to support people in making sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Since 2015, we have been delivering a range of evidence-based, person centred interventions and services, including: NHS Health Checks, Smoking Cessation, Weight Management and Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment.
Stoke Stop Smoking service is designed to help participants manage their journey to stop or cut down on their smoking. The service includes free expert advice and guidance, tailored plans, and access to nicotine replacement therapies.
What is the role about?
Outreach and Delivery Coaches are critical to the successful delivery of Reed Wellbeing\βs world class evidence-based health and wellbeing behavioural lifestyle interventions. In this role, you\βll be responsible for engagement and delivery of (SERVICE) interventions through effective stakeholder management and personalised coaching techniques.
Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include
Taking Ownership
- Promoting Reed Wellbeing\βs services to the local community at events or remotely.
- Delivering health & wellbeing interventions to participants
Being Fair, Open, and Honest
- Measuring and capturing participants progress and programme performance on Reed Wellbeing systems in line with SLA\βs
Working Together
- Building and strengthening referral pathways with key partners such as GP practices, local employers, and community groups.
